Not good enough!!!!!!Made a booking well in advance. Receptionist booked me in for 3.00pm at her suggestion.Arrived at 2.45pm to be told there was a 10/15 minute delay to which I accepted.At 3.30pm am still sat down waiting as this is after which several other people who arrived who where attended within 5 minutes!!!!This situation prompted me to ask the Receptionist about my slot only to be informed that it will be a possibly another 15/20 minutes before I was to be attended to.At this point I gave back my paperwork & left. (I wasn't the only Client who left due to the same situation.)
Every time I go to a dentist, they always seem to half-heartedly fix any problems so that I still have to go back and have further work at a later date. That was until I visited Prime Dental in Rotherham and was seen by Vicky (I believe her name is Victoria Lam). She instantly identified my problem and fixed it both quickly and very diligently. If your gums bleed because of tartar (dental calculus), then she will dig it out of you like an ivory carver. For the first time in over 10 years, my teeth do not bleed when I brush them. Vicky is worth her weight in gold.
