Every time I call I get no answer. I have to go into surgery to get an appointment. What is the point in them having a phone when they never answer it.
Phoned since bang on 8 oclock with no answer till 10 past 8 at which point they told me theres no appointments left. And I should have phoned earlier. Receptionist had very bad attitude would not let me speak at all just spoke over meVery lucky if you get your call answered they have no call cue it just rings out. Even luckier if you get an appointment within a week
Virtually impossible to get an appointment by calling them. They answer the phone maybe 1 in 100 calls. Really frustrating having to go into the surgery to make an appointment and even then you might not get one for over a week.
