I purchased a new bathroom suite 5 years ago with no issues. One of the units developed a fault and this was replaced quickly as the unit was still under manufacturers guarantee
We decided to have our main bathroom turned into a shower room and our en suite was going to have just an oval bath with floor lighting. This was a big investment for us and we needed to get it right first time. We went to the Chesterfield showroom and met Paul who guided us through the process. We were allowed to take our time and jointly planned the bathrooms of our dreams. The team arrived as planned and were all polite helpful and above all for us very careful and always cleaned up after their shift. We have ended up with something to be proud of and we highly recommend Paul and his team of installers at ultimate bathrooms.

I must admit I was a little wary when looking at previous reviews, but all I can say is how I found them. Polite, professional, experienced, great communication and on time delivery. Brocken part needing to be perchased contacted them twice in a 10 day period a message was tacken and passed on and I was informed someone would contact me, I'm still waiting.They were quick to take thousands off me but fail to have any aftersales or just not bothered attitude, will be needing to replace the bathroom soon but will probably go to B&Q or Wicks as the aftersales is good.
Had ensuite and cloakroom updated by Ultimate bathrooms.Its not really ALL about being perfect every time for everyone, its about how things are resolved when they go wrong and how a customer feels treated during the process. Thats where you can measure the difference between one company and another. I had several minor issues with Ultimate Bathrooms directly which were satisfactorily and easily resolved.However, Ultimate Bathrooms do not employ bathroom fitters directly but rely on contractors and this is where I had the real issue and where Ultimate Bathrooms couldnt offer much help. I did not have the fastest team in the World and progress was painful. Theyd often knock early or even before lunch. Anyhow I wanted the job completed for the wifes birthday and so (after 2 and a half weeks) I insisted that the fitters concentrated on the small downstairs cloakroom before finishing the (also small) ensuite... They took offense at me telling them what to do and they decided to walk off the job. (No, they did not get paid). Ultimate bathrooms couldnt get anyone else to complete the job... Instead it was left to me to find my own fitters to complete the job. The score for Ultimate bathrooms would have been higher if it were not for the fitters they contracted on this occassion.
