Extremely poor service. Would not recommend as do not seem to take your case seriously. Happy to take your money but do not provide the service you would expect.

Wouldn't even give one star to be honest very rude especially with an elderly lady. Sent very important paper work including house deeds through the post without tracked delivery. Handwriting on envelope was so bad they went to the wrong address. Disgusting. AVOID!
Very rude staff. Very unprofessional. Worse company ever please avoid. They never get back to emails or calls. They say there out of the office when they are clearly in. Completion will take around 5 months. Had to change solicitors. Emailed a complaint but got rude back. Avoid at all cost. They charge 15 pound per call to get any updates and hidden charges are not mentioned to you upfront
