From the start of the process to completion Shelley and the team dealt with me professionally, punctually and politely. They kept my Solicitor (PM Property Lawyers) on their toes, which they needed too. With regular updates on the process, it was very helpful and reassuring. Messages from myself to the Vendor were always made and vica-versa - they did anything and everything to make the process as stress free as possible.
