Gorgeous food! Best I've tried in the area so far. I ordered a chicken tikka masala, and at first i thought they'd sent the wrong order, but they just send that much with it and it was so well presented! I was expecting just the chicken and sauce image single box, but i got lots of extras, a few side salads, rice, an extra sauce!! It was gorgeous too, was with my within 10 minutes, so no complaints there at all. Will definitely be ordering again!
If I could give it no stars that would be over generous! Twice we've tried this place (second time was a memory lapse) won't be lured by the menu in the door ever again. This food is absolute tasteless slurry. Indian food is alive with flavours & spices I have to say any Indian worth his salt would be ashamed to churn out this tasteless slop! Onion bajis made me gip...just too, too greasy & raw in the middle. Everything else totally inedible & hit the bin before delivery person got off the street. Definitely not a repeatable experience!
No heat, no flavour and watery sauces. Even the salad was oily. Threw half if it away. You'd be better off with a pot noodle.
Today I placed my first order through Just Eat and the food from Zafran was awful! I spent 30 on watery, flavourless mush in pots. The best bit was the popadoms. Absolutely disgusting. Im so disappointed and upset with such poor food - had to throw it away!
I pass this place on my way home from work and I've heard loads about the place. Its not local to where we live but since what we'v heard is good, we thought we'd give it a try. Today we had a takeaway which is not a regular for us as we tend to eat out. I've got to say its the best takeaway I've had in years and you get plenty. The service was good with friendly staff. Top place.... I think we'll be going back to try the restaurant.... And another takeaway. Today, we have had another take out, this time delivered..... I can only say it remains to be excellent!
